Rachel Nickell, RN
Owner & Practitioner

Rachel Nickell, RN, brings 20 years of medical expertise, including a decade of nursing experience, to R&R. She is dedicated to helping clients feel and look their best by building meaningful relationships and tailoring care to their individual needs. Rachel’s warm and compassionate approach ensures that each client’s journey is personalized and supported. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband of nearly 20 years and their three children, and she loves soaking up the sun on a beach, hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors in warm weather.

Andrea Montana, FNP
Medical Director

Andrea Montana is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with dual master’s degrees in Healthcare Leadership & Management. With over a decade of experience spanning aesthetic medicine, functional wellness, weight management, and advanced clinical leadership, Andrea has successfully combined medical expertise with entrepreneurial insight, leading luxury medical spas, founding her own aesthetic practice, and delivering high-quality care through innovative telehealth platforms.

Her career includes a broad range of clinical environments, including intensive care, family health, and functional wellness, with a strong focus on patient-centered, evidence-based care. Andrea’s specialized training in functional medicine and obesity management allows her to deliver safe, results-driven aesthetic and wellness treatments, while fostering excellence in patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Andrea has consistently earned recognition for her clinical and operational leadership, from her work in FEMA’s pandemic response to pioneering telehealth strategies in aesthetic and functional medicine. She is passionate about education, innovation, and elevating the standard of care in modern medical wellness.
